RCR Roadwork Nearing Completion

The roadwork for RCR is almost finished, and we want to thank everyone in the community for being patient and supportive as we work to improve the roads.

There has been a delay in finishing due to insufficient crack seal material, but C4 Asphalt has now obtained the extra material and has been working hard this week to finish sealing the cracks in the neighborhood. We expect to finish by Friday, July 25, but it could take until Monday, July 28, depending on how much work is left. Crack seal material dries quickly, so cars can still drive through safely. Please observe traffic cones, as needed.

You might have also seen some extra patching being done. We appreciate C4 Asphalt for using leftover material to fix the most important spots while also keeping traffic and neighborhood access in mind. This patching is now finished.
