Road Work Update

Published: June 20, 2025

Due to improved weather conditions, C4 Asphalt Solutions LLC will begin the next phase of road work next week and plans to proceed on the following schedule:

TUESDAY 6/24: In order to expedite the application and curing of the road repair material, both the entrance and exit at the front gate to Rolling Creek Ranch at Lusk Branch Road will be closed for one day on Tuesday, June 24. All traffic will be directed toward the back gate, located at the intersection of White Drive and Matlock Road. Please plan to use the back gate to enter and exit RCR.

TUESDAY 6/24 thru THURSDAY 6/26: C4 Asphalt will be crack sealing all the neighborhood roads EXCEPT Heathington Blvd. Please be cautious when driving near work crews and be alert to traffic cones designating treated areas.

MONDAY 6/30: C4 Asphalt will shut down the ODD NUMBERED SIDE of Heathington Blvd and one side of the front entrance to apply seal coating. Please do not drive on the coated side on Monday. The material requires at least 12 hours to cure, and all treated areas will be marked with traffic cones.

TUESDAY 7/1: C4 Asphalt will shut down the EVEN NUMBERED SIDE of Heathington Blvd and one side of the front entrance to apply seal coating. Please do not drive on the coated side on Tuesday. The material requires at least 12 hours to cure, and all treated areas will be marked with traffic cones.

On MONDAY 6/30 and TUESDAY 7/1:
• All affected driveways and intersections will be marked with cones.
• Residents on Heathington Blvd, on the day scheduled to seal coat your side of the street, please plan to have your vehicle(s) out of your driveway and parked along the opposite side of the street by 8:30 AM.
IF YOU DRIVE OUT of your driveway and cross the coated surface before it has cured, continue on. DO NOT ATTEMPT to re-enter your driveway until the surface is dry and the cones have been removed. This is important as C4 ASPHALT, THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP, AND THE RCR POA ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MATERIAL TRACKED ON TO YOUR PROPERTY OR VEHICLE.
• Residents on Heathington Blvd and on Kenyon Ct are strongly urged to limit driving, if at all possible, on Heathington Blvd while the coating material is being applied and curing.
• One side of Heathington Blvd will be accessible on both days and traffic control measures will be in place.

WEDNESDAY 7/2: C4 Asphalt will finish this phase of road work by applying crack seal on Heathington Blvd. Please be cautious when driving near work crews and be alert to traffic cones designating treated areas.

While C4 Asphalt is working over the next two weeks:
• It is very important to avoid driving on any road materials not yet cured in order to prevent damage to your vehicle, driveway, sidewalk, garage floor, etc. Traffic cones will be in place to alert drivers to areas not suitable for vehicles, golf carts, bicycles, etc.
o C4 ASPHALT, THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP, AND THE RCR POA ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MATERIAL TRACKED ON TO YOUR PROPERTY OR VEHICLE.
• Please utilize the back gate to enter and exit RCR while the road work is underway.
• Do not attempt to drive around traffic cones when an entrance/exit is closed.
• Do not attempt or drive into an area that has been marked off with traffic cones.
• Please drive with care and stay clear of areas designated as under repair.
