Road Work Update - June 12

Due to recent heavy rain, the second phase of RCR road improvements, scheduled to begin on June 5th, has been delayed until Thursday, June 26th. This schedule is still heavily dependent upon the weather.

During this phase, which is expected to take approximately 3-4 days, C4 Asphalt Solutions LLC will patch and seal the “alligator” cracking at the Rolling Creek Ranch front entrance off Lusk Branch Road. During this time, please expect only one lane of the two lanes at the front gate to be open.

As the lane closures at the front gate will likely cause entry/exit delays during peak times, we strongly urge you to utilize the back gate, located at the intersection of White Drive and Matlock Road.

C4 Asphalt Solutions LLC will perform additional crack sealing within the community during this time and will utilize traffic cones and traffic control measures to ensure the safety of our community and visitors. Please drive with care and stay clear of areas designated as under repair.
