Road Work Update

The Rolling Creek Ranch road improvement work, approved by a vote of the community this month, is ready to begin!

C4 Asphalt Solutions LLC has been contracted to perform the first phase of the planned improvements.

On Monday, May 19th, they will begin making turn radius repairs at these intersections:

• Heathington Blvd and Helton Dr
• Heathington Blvd and Martin Dr
• Heathington Blvd and Kenyon Ct

Work will also begin on repairing the damaged section of pavement on Heathington Ct near the cul-de-sac, where road materials will be staged during the repair.

C4 Asphalt Solutions LLC will utilize traffic cones and traffic control measures to ensure the safety of our community and visitors. Please drive with care and expect lane adjustments during this time.

The first phase of the road work is expected to take 5-7 days, weather permitting.
