Road Work Update

The Rolling Creek Ranch road improvement work continues with C4 Asphalt Solutions LLC as our contractor for the planned improvements.

Concrete work is complete for the turn radius repairs and the repair of the damaged pavement on Heathington Court.

We have encountered some schedule delays due the recent rains in our area as well as in the other areas that C4 has projects under way.

Weather permitting, the next phase of work is expected to begin on Thursday, June 5th.

This phase will consist of patching and sealing the “alligator” cracking at the front entrance to the neighborhood. C4 Asphalt will have to close off one side of the entrance to perform the work and then the other side as the work progresses. Expect to see lane closures during this time. We strongly urge you to utilize the back entrance to the community while the front entrance work is being performed. The back entrance is located at the intersection of White Drive and Matlock Road.

C4 Asphalt Solutions LLC will utilize traffic cones and traffic control measures to ensure the safety of our community and visitors. Please drive with care and stay away from the marked areas.

This 2nd phase of the road work is expected to take 5-7 days, weather permitting.
